I need to download Autodesk Maya with a student license but I am unable to get past step 1 of the process. As instructed by my school I reach the support/downloads/students and educators page, but when I pick "Get started"/Gain access, I recieve this website error.
"Apologies for the delay. The system is currently experiencing a problem. We’re working hard to resolve the issue. Please try again later."
This has happened all day. Alternatively, it will log me out and ask me to create an account or log in, again, after I log in it will redirect me back to this page, followed by the error. I've tried my other browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE, my iOS phone too) but it's the same every time. Tried making a new ID, same problem. Is there anything I can do? Automated support does no help me.
