Unable to export license of ROBOT

I had exported license but by mistake imported one same computer. Now I am not able to export it again there is one error 36 is showing. saying "Maximum number of exports for this serial number has been reached".

Now I have to discard old computer and install on my new laptop. If I cant export license it will be wasted. Please help me to how to export this license on my new laptop

What version or Robot? Is it a perpetual or a subscription license?

in old computer it is ROBOT 2020 license and in new laptop i have downloaded ROBOT 2021 version.

IT is student version valid for 3 year period, still 2 years remaining for my use.

Thanks for clarifying & answering the communities questions. 

It seems you are trying to export a license with the License Transfer Utility. It is a old feature that is not recommended or maintained. 

Please uninstall the software from the old computer and install on the new computer & activate as usual.
