Unable to download Autodesk products for student

Hi!

 

I am a student studing in VIA University College, Denmark. We are using Revit 2016 for our classes which you have made free for students. Although after registrating my account here and tried to download your software, I encouter this:

 

We're sorry we cannot provide you with your license details at this time.  
Possible solutions
  1. Wait a few minutes and try again.
  2. Use the Download button to download and install your software, and use it in "trial mode" for up to 30 days. Return to this page before the trial period ends to obtain your serial number by re-selecting your product's version, language, and operating system.

Right now I just downloaded the trial version, but it runs out in 30 days.

Simply run in trial mode while you wait for your personal Serial Number to be generated.

So simple.  So logical.

OK, now trying after 13 days, it stills shows the same error, and 17 trial days are left.

Is there anything I can do?
