Trouble activating the free trials of AutoCAD

I have downloaded both AutoCAD 2022 and AutoCAD LT for a free 30-day trial.  I am unable to activate either because they are asking for a serial number.  I have not been provided one via email.  Is there another place I should look?

You do NOT activate a trial version: perhaps you are clicking on the wrong button or link, show us what you see please with a screenshot or three.

These  are the messages I have gotten when trying to open the program after it has uploaded.  I didn't see anyway to bypass this.  Thanks2021-08-26 (1).png2021-08-26 (2).png

Hi, to check if you have a serial number for the software, go to manage.autodesk.com and find your software under "All Products and Services". Click to see more details, then on "License details". This should present you a list of all serial numbers available. 
You can now go back to the application and activate license by entering the serial number and product code.
