Transfer a License to a New Computer

Hello,

I can't export a licence autocad2015LT to a new computer with the tool LTU.

We have an error 40 as you can see in the picture attached.

Please let me know how i can fix it.

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

Never share your serial # here on a public user forum.  I will have the moderator remove your image to protect it.

Anyhow the error points to a serial # issue.   So just install on a different machine and activate it normally.  Once completed, I would recommend that once the new machine is up and running, to remove the existing license information per this instructions.
