To anyone at Autodesk, I cannot get customer support to respond to any of my inq

To anyone at Autodesk, I cannot get customer support to respond to any of my inquiries into getting my product activated on Linux. I need a serial number or activation code to do that, and no where under the terms of service can I find does it say that Linux is only for multi license users nor would it be one bit fair if it were that way. I use Maya. Maya runs like 200 times faster inside Linux. It has been almost four days now and there is no record of my attempts to get a hold of such activation sets and I would very much like it if someone could help me out with this. I can find no other way to contact Autodesk.

Your license details will be on your Autodesk account:

https://manage.autodesk.com/

If you are having issues you should contact your reseller, unless you purchased directly from Autodesk...

How have you tried contacting Autodesk?

Yes, I purchased it through Autodesk. I spoke with customer service over the phone and created some cases through other support topics. The first person who responded to my case number provided an answer for an out of date installation process. The second person who I spoke to over the phone said that they had sent the case over to the linux department and that the linux department would be getting me an activation code. However, it has been still two more days, over a week in total somewhere, and I have still not heard back from them. I left a message asking customer support if the best way to contact them was through a lawsuit. I do not really know what is going on.

I can't speak for Autodesk as I'm just a user like you, but if you give us some details other Linux users might be able to help. What is it exactly that you are having an issue with? I thought you were after your license information - is it not on your Autodesk account? Or are you having an installation issue?

No it is a licensing issue. For the sign in subscriptions they have to provide an activation code to the user if that user wants to activate the program inside linux. I am just having problems with customer service and Autodesk does not seem to care.
