Hi,
Im having a problem with Revit and 3DS that I get the error ''there is a problem with the software license''.
This happens at startup after I click to sign in with my Autodesk account.
I've seen other people having this issue but none of their fixes works for me.
I have a m1 MacBook pro with parallels to run Revit and 3DS. Initially, the software worked fine but after a week this error came. Possible I've updated something that caused the error.
I've tried a clean uninstall but that does not solve it. Also, the softwares still work on my old laptop.
Does anyone have any idea/suggestion?
Not much actually, possibly i've updated some stuff through Autodesk....
I've even reinstalled windows to make sure all the setting are reset but the problem still exists
Hi,
I've got the same issu after upgrading 3dsmax 2021 with the last security fix release two days ago.
Before upgrading, everything was fine... of course.
I tried all the advices found on autodesk website, it gave no result.
Before erasing all the autodesk app, and try to re-install again, is there an autodesk app cleaner which can help to erase anything on the system and Windows registry? I read it was useless to re install if the system keeps corrupted software keys.
Another question: I don't know why, but my system (win 10) can't reach anymore the update service since a very long time (the last update was in december 2020). Could this be the cause of this max license verification crash?
Thank you for your help.

Looks like you need to take your PC to a repair shop.
