The program does'nt accept my license when starting.

I'm trying to use 3Ds Max Student version. I've a problem with enterig the program. My license is approved but program can not read it. I've mailed Autodesk Student Community already like 3 times but they didn't return to me. My period in University continues and I don't know what to do https://trackeasy.fun/usps/....

If you go to https://manage.autodesk.com/, -> Products and Services.

Scroll down to 3DS Max,

If 3DS Max is visible, expand the box and make sure 2021 is present.

If neither the box nor the year is visible then request 3DS Max from here: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview 

Just to make you aware, Autodesk offices are closed until January 3rd, so get a trial if you haven't already.
