Hi

For a few months I've had user experiencing the error "The Product license is not longer available. Please close your work and shutdown", often multiple times per day.

It goes for all the Autodesk software he have installed (Plant 3D, Vault, Navisworks)

We have tried several things to try solve this

- Unassigned/reassigned in manage.autodesk.com

- Clean uninstall of Autodesk software

- Full reinstall of PC incl. Windows

- Tried on different pc

- Manually reset the license through the sign in (he can open the program)

- Used License support tool to reset

- Used license support tool to verify all paths needed were accessible (he is on same network as all our other designers that don't have this issue)

More than a month ago I created a support case at our VAR, but they were not able to solve it. I asked them to create a case at Autodesk, but never heard anything.

Last week and this morning i tried creating a support case myself through manage.autodesk.com but I'm redirected to a page saying "We are down for maintenance. Sorry for the inconvenience. We'll be back shortly. ". Support is included in our licenses.

The Autodesk Support Assistant is of no use either.

That happens if you start it with the Internet / Wifi / Bluetooth / Network all off:

This really sounds like something is getting blocked.. especially if it's showing in the Account Portal with a valid subscription.

Yes it does, but he have similar setup to our many other designers, and in same location.
We have tried the Autodesk License Support Tool and verified we have access and valid certificates.

I've looked through many of his screenshots with the error, all indicating he is online with LAN cable.

I managed to get in contact with Autodesk Support, however they suggest me to clear my browser cache and sign in through "incognito-mode" - it happens through the software, not the browser. And they don't answer my questions raised in mail-correspondance 😞

Do you happen to have a firewall doing DPI-SSL inspection?

And it didn't start when you did this:

Did the same error message come up?
