So my account expired, ironically i think today. But we are not on this project in my class and I made my account a little early and whatever 30 day free trial i was given expired. However, I was able to get approved for the education license again. When I go onto the platform, a prompt in the corner pops up to tell me I am now eligible for that account, so when I click the prompt and follow the instructions, which is to close out of the app and reopen it, so I get out, close the app like it's not running. I have even tried signing out of my account and quitting the app and I get the same endless loop of the account where it's never refreshing to what it says I am able to access.
Please help for I am going to get behind.
I look forward to hearing your feedback
Hello @morle2mm,
I can offer guidance on how to regain access, otherwise I would reach out to the educational team for expert support.
The process to regain access is as follows:
To renew access:
To restart access:
If your access has already expired and you are still eligible, you can restart your educational access.
*If you have conducted these steps and run into any issues reach out to the Educational Support Team for further assistance.
Please "Accept Solution" if a reply or replies have helped resolve the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.
