Subscription purchased but not available in account even after 4 days.

Hi, 

I purchased Autocad LT  desktop subscription 4 days ago and have still not recieved a serial number and is not available for download from 'my account page'. 

Here are the details of the order: 

Order number		379541563639
Order date		2 September 2021
Merchant of record		EFulfilment Market Services Private Limited

payment has been made. 

any help would be greatly appreciated as i need this to enable me to continue with my work tomorrow.

I am sorry to hear that, I have reviewed your account details there does seem to be an account issue the product downloads are not available.
