How do I disable this hugely annoying notice?

It looks like there is no way around it if you are not renewing it (article below about AutoCAD, but should be similar to Inventor):
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Your-sub...
"The subscription has expired without another to replace it.
- Purchase a new subscription.
- Assign the new seat to the intended user."

I do have an active license, and do not need to renew now... Not that my reseller would ever let me forget...

Without stating the obvious (but I have to in order to answer the question):  Renew your subscription.

If you could disable the notice and suddenly your software stopped working one morning, I would think that would be even more "hugely annoying".

Obliviously obvious, but you are missing the point, entirely, which is that there is no need for it to appear at all. Anyone who has to budget to fund the purchase of the software knows EXACTLY when their seats expire (since I use a reseller, I get "friendly" notices months in advance). Those who do not, but rather, have others to provide the care and feeding for their licenses can, and should, remain blissfully unaware.

Everyone should share in my wonderfully comical experience, so this is what happened:

The notice appeared every time I launched an Autodesk application, once when Vault started, once for AutoCAD, regardless of flavor, and 4 times when Inventor launched. Yes, you read that right.. 4 times, without fail. And if I happened to overlook dismissing the 4th notice, it sat behind the Inventor window, and obscured various dialog boxes, such as Vault's part numbering prompt. When that happened, I could not select the schema I needed, and was unable to proceed unless I hit enter to accept the default. I then had to go back and renumber the component through Vault. Inventor then needed to be restarted so that the notice would close. This occurred for 4 days, and then the notice magically disappeared. And no, I did not renew my licenses.

There are so many more important, unresolved issues with Inventor, for example, that could be addressed without spending resources on this notice. My license fees, and yours (or your company's) paid for it, and it did nothing but increase my workflow, frustration, blood pressure and hair loss...

Hope others fare better...

And so, after all that, the answer is still the same.  "Renew your subscription".

Problem solved.  Call your friendly reseller.

No more lost dialogue boxes.

No more increased workflow.

No more lost productivity.

No clicking the same message four times.

No more filling up the forums with problems for which there are really very simple solutions.

Moving this post to the Installation & Licensing forum for more input from the experts there.  But I believe this notice is universal within thirty days of the subscription renewal date, for everyone, and there is no way to disable it.  I'll let the experts correct me if I'm wrong.  Good luck!  🙂
