I discussed my account with Agent Israel. I then updated my credit card. Apparently my account was later cancelled on the date, so I will have to pay higher amount. I discussed this with three other agents, Madireddy, Swetha T and Mano; none of them could help. A supervisor (?) will be calling later.
This has not been a good experience. It is hard to recommend Autodesk stocks to fellow members of my stock club.
