Student Version of AutoCAD is showing as "Unknown License"

Hi, I recently installed the student version of AutoCAD 2021 from the Autodesk website on my Windows PC. Initially, on first start, everything worked accurately, in fact there was the writing "Autodesk AutoCAD 2021-STUDENT VERSION", but now this writing is no longer accompanied by "STUDENT VERSION" (as it should be) and, in the software interface, at the top right, in the "Sign in" section, "Manage License" option, the Device License is "unknown", although there are both the serial number and the product code. How can I solve this problem?
P.S. In case I have to uninstall and reinstall it, what should I do?

If you go into manage.autodesk.com and under all products and service, do you see you student license there?

Yes, I do. Here it is specified that it is a student license and the license type is "standalone" (there are the serial number and the product key, too), but the problem is that I don't understand why when I start AutoCAD, at the top, there isn't the writing "STUDENT VERSION" near "Autodesk AutoCAD 2021".

I would like to add, that you should make sure you are signed in at the top of the application. Also, check the Manage License drop down to verify your Educational License is activated. 

You can click Change License Type to re-activate it. 

*Make sure you have an uninterrupted high-speed connection to the internet & try adjusting your LAN  & proxy settings etc.  All newer versions of Autodesk software are activated online automatically.

I tried to log in and change the license type, but I can't do it (it doesn't allow me to do it); so, the license is still "unknown".
