hello autodesk community
I am trying to confirm that i am a student but when i click "Get Started" and it shows me,my information and i need to click confirm(i've seen it as verify to videos) it does not happen anything and i cannot continue with my verification and therefore i cannot confrim my account..I have the documents but i cannot get to the point that you sent them.
+i am an eligible student from an eligible university
+i have indeed filled correctly my information in the blanks and i am above 13 years old
+i have tried many times over many days span
+i have contacted support(they responded with nothing yet)
+if i click many times confirm(verify) trying if anything does happen it pops up a message saying "Apologies for the delay. The verification system is currently experiencing a problem. We’re working hard to resolve the issue. Please try again later."

I know it's not your fault
On that .. man you'd think after the last few years of issues like this, they'd get this resolved or change it...
