Student reverification issues

I used to have an existing educational license before the new verification system that Autodesk began using in 2020. I now have to reverify my account in order to get the 1-year student license. The problem is that once I get to the "Get Products" page and I sign in, I'm directed back to the "Get Products" page. I'm never given the option to fill in my student information.

I attached a screenshot of the page that I'm being redirected to right after I sign in. Note that it doesn't show the banner that says that my educational access is valid through x amount of time.

What do you see right at the top of the page?

Does it look like this:

If so, try clicking the Sign In link below the 'Get Started' Button in the middle. I have noticed that the site has been updated so I'd try back later.
