I'm having an issue getting my student licence for 3ds max 2017. I have all the information to qualify, but this appears every time I try to get a licence. I know my school uses 3ds max 2016, but I don't know if that is the reason why I can't get a student licence for 3ds max. And I checked and saw that I can't choose any version earlier than 2017, so I don't know what this pop-up means or what to do to fix it or work around it.

Hello @Anonymous,
I have looked into this for you & your Autodesk Account details show that you are a part of the educational program & have a student account. I used the email address you have here in the forum.
All members of the educational program will be verified by a new process to determine eligibility to access Autodesk Educational licenses, proof of enrollment or employment needs to be provided & uploaded.
When you sign-in or after creating an account, go to the "Free Software" page & select a product, a "Complete Profile" button will be displayed, click it to start the verification process. You have a limited time to provide the documentation. Once uploaded, your document will be reviewed and you'll receive an email within 48 hours to confirm your status. Please review the Educational Verification FAQ for more details.
Please "Accept Solution" if a reply or replies have helped resolve the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.
