My students are trying desperately to get inventor to work at home, when downloading they are told the school is not recognised, the school a mile away is? Same education authority.  If they use the adjacent school It then requests verification on headed note paper, impossible!

how do I get this sorted out? Can anyone help, my pupils are getting very frustrated and the credibility of their home schooling is being damaged. 

Despite numerous attempts through contact us I’m getting no where.

Is your school a college, secondary, or university?

I ask as that in the UK colleges are generally pre-university unlike in the US, what this means is that I found my college listed with High Schools rather than colleges/universities.

If it's still not appearing reach out to education support who can help you get verified, send them:

There is a new verification process, everyone that is part of the Autodesk Educational Community will need to verify & provide proof of enrollment or employment. Each educational account will display the following "Complete Profile" to verify the account clicking this radio button will start the process.

Hi,
Sadly when the need has been at its greatest, children have found it near impossible to navigate this process. Staff have found making any contact with autodesk frustrating at best. And still I am unclear how to advise my pupils. I shall try again to initiate approval, but I am not optimistic. When so many other companies are going above and beyond, Autodesk have been found wanting.

I have tried again, I am based in Glenrothes, Fife, Scotland, the town has three high schools. Glenrothes High, auchmuty High, and Glenwood High. The first two are listed we are not.  I have now searched for some time and am unable to find the “add a school” form you refer to in the attachments. Can you send me a link to initiate this process please.
