Stingray licensing fail after update

I've installed student vanilla stingray and it works fine. After update to 1.4.728.0 is asks for new keys. Keys from my autodesk account don't work. Please help!

Updated to 1.5.863.0 - no effect.

You need to contact the person who purchased the software because they are the Contract Manager. They will be able to give you access to use the software via Autodesk Account.

1.4 & higher is the 2017 version of stingray do you see a 2017 serial number?
