Hi,
On Sept, 10th my Startup has been granted a startup license. However, my team members' Autodesk accounts have still not been activated. I have filled out the required Google Form and have been in touch with product support twice. Apparently I have to post this request in this forum. I cannot post the Google Form here.
I'd be very grateful if this issue can be resolved soon to get my team started.
