Start up error - Recap Photo

Hi,
I'm trying to trial Recap Photo (student license) and after booting once, it now won't boot at all. I keep getting an error report form. I have version 20.0.1.5 and have tried reboots, uninstall/reinstall and applying any updates. None of this has worked.

I have checked system requirements and my system is compatible.

Any help would be great.

I am having the same problem. Initially RepCap said that photo wasn't installed. I reinstalled, tried doing an up date. When I tried to run it I got two errors indicating there were two .dll files missing. Copied these from other Autodesk applications. The not installed message in RepCap is now gone. The program now appears to try to start but nothing ever happens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Nothing seems to work.

Really frustrating!!
