Sketchbook Pro - License for Windows and Mac?

I've bought the Sketchbook Enterprise Pro license some 2 weeks ago. I downloaded it on my own laptop (windows) because I didn't have the option to work with a pentablet at work.

However today I bought a pentablet for the office to work on my own Mac. So I tried downloading the software, but the product doesn't show up in my "Products & Services" tab. Is there a chance that I'll only see it on my own computer where I downloaded it in the first place?

How can I download it on my Mac with the existing license?

First of all, Sketchbook has its own family and community. I might suggest you post here: https://getsatisfaction.com/sketchbook

But no matter where you log into your Autodesk Account, you should see the same information.  However we are only users here and have no access to your account or to troubleshoot any issue within your account.  You can log a support case through your Account for resolution or you can download using the Autodesk Virtual Agent (link is my signature).
