I try to download the extra brushes but I get an error message stating: "Something is wrong with the internet connection, Please check your internet connection and try again." I have a family member that lives 50 miles from me and she gets the same error message. It was downloading about a week ago but now it doesn't. Are your servers down, updating or? Are you planning on fixing the issue? Please help. A picture of the error is attached.
Mine is doing the same thing, it's been a day, I've reinstalled it on my laptop and desktop. All I can think of is hope for an update to fix it, I know that there's a pinned post to get the brushes, but others have said it's not all the brushes the program initially came with. It makes me sad, Sketchbook pro works fine on my tablet the last 5 years, just getting a new desktop made me excited to finally try it out on there but it looks like this error is the same on both desktop and laptop.
Looks like Autodesk isn't going to fix this issue at all. Do they even know that this is happening?
I did that. This is why I came here to seek further assistance. Besides, isn't this forum placed by Autodesk to begin with? Just saying.

No, it has the same error and I still cannot download the sketchbook extras. Still says "Something is wrong with the internet connection"
If you would have read from the begging until now you would see that I have contacted Autodesk about the issue and nothing yet. Also this forum is made by Autodesk. Read the other posts in this thread and you will see others have the same issue as me. Everything you mention has been tried and that is why I'm post in Autodesk forum that THEY created.
I wasn't. I was a little kid, besides being a doggo snack was way more important than Sketchbook, even if I heard of it back then.
