Sketchbook InstallShield Wizard frozen

Hello, I installed sketchbook a few days ago and the app works just fine. However, the InstallShield Wizard popup box will not go away. I've tried manually closing it, closing it using Alt + f4, and closing it from the menu bar. Nothing works, it's been sitting on my desktop for days... please help!

Just to clarify, you mean every time you start Sketchbook, you get this window and you can't close ?

It was always on my desktop, even without sketchbook open. But great news! I updated and restarted my computer and it went away! So, thank you anyways.
