In my opinion sketchbook designer was the best software for drawing that had been made, so of course they discontinued it which is a pain and now I cant get it to work and I am not so happy about dose anyone have an Idea of how to run it or were to get a licence I don't know why they would suspend the licence or not put a licence since they are not selling it any more if anyone has an idea please let me know and before anyone says it I am not as much talking about the versions other than designer I am only really interested in the designer version. thanks in advance

Welcome to the community and hopefully my (or someone else) reply will be beneficially to you.

Since you’re new to the community I just wanted to inform you this is a worldwide (public) user forum where users are assisting others. For any future postings you may do, please do not include any personal information (such as your serial #) in anything that you share (including screen shots & attachments) with us.

Its unlikely you will get a response in this forum since you are talking about a sketchbook product.  The Sketchbook product has its own family and community. I might suggest you post here: https://getsatisfaction.com/sketchbook   However since you're a working with a retired product that community may not be able to assist you either.

Since there is no solution for getting a licence for Sketchbook designer, Does anyone know of some alternative besides Sketchbook Pro which is useless to me the line tools are horrible in comparison to designer. I know it wont be an Autodesk product I tried finding line tools foe Photoshop with no luck. I cant find anything close to the line tools that Designer had. This is one of those situations were something was not broken and it was fixed, destroying the functions of a good software suite. If anyone has any alternatives besides sketchbook pro, I would be very appreciative. The fact that you cant create curved lines in sketchbook pro makes it useless to me, I would imagine that I am not the only one with this problem. Thanks in advance

I will bring this post back to life as I have the exact same question. Is there any alternative to Sketchbook Designer? It was my favorite software and it is such a pity that AD discontinue it.
Thank you for any info.
