Hi,
I'm Landry, Autodesk products administrator for my company ORANGE CI.
We have Autocad Map 3D 2018 installed on all the computers of my team which worked previously with multi-user licence type. Last month we upgraded the multi-user licence type to single user licence type. Since this time we are not able to run our products with this type of licence. You can find in attachement the Windows shown at the loading of the application.
We already follow all the help below but no change.
I need your help.

It is a normal security environment with no web restriction. The web acces is done through a proxy.
There are updates for the licensing service: Autodesk Licensing Service - Release notes | Search | Autodesk Knowledge Network

You mentioned internet access is through a proxy, please make sure you followed the first step provided above:
Customers with single-user subscriptions are required to login to validate user license entitlements. These specific URLs or protocols need to be allowed to pass through the proxy to allow for Autodesk subscription licensing validation.
To try and narrow down the issue temporarily disable all 3rd party security applications or features one at a time. Like GPO, Firewall, Proxy, UAC, Antivirus & VPN, then try logging in. If you can log in to the Autodesk application then it confirms it is something in the environment and not the Autodesk software. Keep us posted. ![]()
