signing in to autodesk desktop app

when attempting to sign in to the desktop app i receive an error message that states "the clock on your computer is wrong.  check the date, time and time zone settings and try to sign in again"...i have checked, and my computer clock is set to the correct time/date/timezone...how can i correct this issue?

 

(i've attached a screenshot of the error message)

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

 

Don't rely on the clock status in your WIndows status tray.  Go into Windows and make sure your clock is set to the proper time zone and etc.  <-- Unless that's what you meant you did..

 

Update:  Are you traveling?  Was this license purchased elsewhere?  You can also just access your Autodesk Account and get the updates from there and stop depending on the desktop (its bloatware Smiley Very Happy).
