SheerID Not responding

Howdy, I am a student and I provided copies of my transcript, my enrollment verification and acceptance letters but my account was blocked from educational access. I have tried contacting SheerID multiple times but they have not responded in months. Please advise on next steps.

Nevermind, I found their reply, but it indicated that AutoDesk has me listed as "Faculty"... If yall want to go ahead and supply me with faculty salary, I'll go ahead and buy a license instead of fumbling through this educational verification process...

Ok, to be clear. I tried verifying my status, submitted documents to prove my status and was told that the "status selected on your form was Faculty whereas your document showed the status of Student", but I have never selected "Faculty" nor do I see any place for me to even do so during the verification process. I've watched the videos (why should we need a video to help us with this?) and in all the guidance in verifying I haven't seen where I can change my status from "Faculty" to "Student", so if yall could do that for me, that would be fantastic.

Hi @williampatrickbaker,

I find it interesting that you're listed as Faculty, but it's probably worth reaching out to educational support to make sure your role is set as a student (this was chosen when you created your account).
