Setup initialization failure

Hello,

I have recently been trying to install AutoCad on my Dell laptop (Windows 10). I am able to download it from the internet, however, when the Setup initialization begins, an error occurs (screenshot below). I have a student license. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I tried both Install now and Download now options but the result is always the same.
