thats because autodesk is doing away with serial numbers

so whats the problem?

I have a paid subscription and I downloaded 2022 and it still says unregistered version.

Hi @hvcprecast,

On Revit, click on your username then manage license,

What do you see?

Do you see your license? If not click change license.

everything  is ok when I open 2021 version, but when I open 2022 it says unregistered version , I am a single user ā€ƒ

Make sure you are signing in with the email address you are assigned to the license under. Installing licensing updates and the Single Sign On update and performing a license reset might help. If not, contact Autodesk support for assistance as it might be a sync issue.
