serial number problem - autocad 2015 for MAC

In "Licensee's product license information" i receive by email, there is an error in the serial Number.

It's the Autocad 2015 for a MAC, as an education license type

What must I do to receive that? I have all the information, including the product key but i nead the serial number.

The easiest way to get that done is by going to the Autodesk site.

I've already chated with someone from the License Assistance Team. Aparently under my email adress it wasn't found any software. I've already request but my problem remains.
