Serial number of AutoCad 2018 LT in contract certificate is less than in portal

Hi.

 

In my contract there are 2 serial numbers for AutoCad LT 2018, but in the Autodesk "Manage downloads" portal there's only one. Need immediate help.

Sorry I'm not able to find the licenses under your current email account. Are your AutoCAD LT licenses registered under a different account? Would you have the order number so that we can check?
