Serial Number has too many characters

The serial number given to me, has 13 characters including the hyphen. And the instruction say to enter the serial number of 12 characters including the hyphen. I cant enter the whole serial number and leaving out the hyphen doesnt work either

If you’re having an issue with your product key, please make sure that you are using the correct one for your product (especially if your product comes from a suite). Finally, you should type then numbers and letters in. We do not recommend copy/paste.

I have the same issue. the serial in my account, mail etc has 12 numbers and a hyphen. In the software and even in the AVA page the serial has 11 spaces to request activation code.

In your links puts "- Serial Number must have exactly 12 characters (11 numerals and a hyphen)." but the system gave me a 13 characters serial number.

Autodesk is currently experiencing issues with generating serial #s (as of Friday)..  It hasn't been resolved and its the weekend so nothing is going to fix until next week.  Just run the product in a 30 day trial until the issue is resolved and a new serial # is issued to you.

It's still happening, the serial number is looking for a "-" and there is none when i paid, and no one is answering on tech support!!!

Autodesk stopped providing serial numbers

when did you purchase this license?

Autodesk only does single user logins for their software, no serial numbers needed anymore.
