Serial number 2 digits to short.

I have recently downloaded Autodesk revit free from the student download page and everytime I go to activate it, it tells me my serial number is to short. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi drj176,

I've just looked up your account and I can confirm that the serial number assigned to you is indeed 2 digits too short. We are looking into this issue and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi djr176,

Yes, just got word back from our Education Community team. There is no known fix or workaround for this issue. The best long-term solution for you would be to simply create a new account with a different e-mail address.

I realize that's not ideal, but at the moment this seems to be the best course of action as there is no estimate time for a resolution.

Aplogies for any inconvenience this may cause.
