The log is indicating there's another installation taking place (error 1618).   Have you rebooted your machine?

I agree with @Mark.Lancaster. I would suggest that you reboot your machine and try the installation again.

This error has also been known to occur on a machine with Sophos installed. You could try to uninstall it.

Restart and uninstall, then reinstall ideally as admin, if that doesnt work create a new admin and run in safe mode.
