screenshot of missing external files

This is a screenshot of missing external files. Every tutorial file that I open in 3ds MAX 2014 student version has missing external files. How can I get these tutorial files to properly download and install? Thanks!

You will need to locate your these files. Where are you getting these drawings from? Here is more information about this issue.
