Robot2020 student version - fails to close expected applications??

Hi,

I'm attempting to install Robot 2020 and am getting an error message saying it has failed to close expected applications. All other apps are closed and it doesn't specify what else it wants me to do.

Can anyone help?

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

One thing you are using the web installer method.  Don't..

I would reboot your machine and try the installation again.

But, there's a couple of ways to properly download and install your Autodesk product to your machine.  Please review this article and the solution it provides.
