Robot structural analysis installation problem 2017

I am downloading robot structural analysis but the download always halts at the beginning. The files were downloaded but are not being installed. I attached a screenshot of were the process is halting. Any help will be appreciated and thank you.

Welcome to the community..

 

Image is really not helpful.  Without your installation log file we can only speculate what the issue at this point.  So post your installation file but log files may contain your serial # so make sure to remove that info before posting.

thank you for your effort the problem was a network error which disrupted some files, but i was no alerted. But I was able to solve before reading you mail.
