Robot structural analysis 2018 fails to install. Error 1624

Hello,

I am having problems installing Robot structural analysis on Win 10, 64 bit. I get the following errors

Has anyone dealt with this before?

I tried installing it both from a design suite ultimate package and as standalone with the same result.

I would appreciate any help in this matter. Thank you!
