Robot always crashes when opened

Hi

I have a student license and downloaded RSA 2017 from the autodesk website. I installed but it never asked me for the serial number or product code. When I open robot I get the initial screen for about 5 seconds and it closes by itself.
I already changed the CfgUsr folder's name, but can't change Temp. I also erased all the elements in the "Common Data".

How can I solve this? I'm in urgent need of using this software.

Thanks!

Hello @anacffaria,

1. Please try to verify that you have a complete download.

1)Your Autodesk Account will provide the download size of the product in GB + 2)When you download a copy it is saved to the Temp folder + the extraction  =  3)You should need about 3 times the amount of disk space indicated.

Try to check the size of the download on your computer, check the installation media folder (in C:\Autodesk).

2. If you used a Download Now or Install Now you want to try a more effective method called the Browser Download in your Autodesk Account

Hi

The download is ok, but I still can't make it work. Since then I installed the 2018 version and works fine.

Is there any possibility of having an incompatibility with my version of windows?

Thanks for your help.
