Rivet installation error

Hello,

      I am trying to install the student version of Rivet 2015 on a Windows 7 64 Bit computer and I have tried reinstalling it and I even tried previous versions but kept running into the same type of errors. i have it installed before without any problems but I had to format my laptop and I lost it and that's the same for AutoCAD too. I attached the error pics.
