Why does my revit show that it's expiring in 28 days? I tried to check my license and it shows a different expiry date which is about a year from now.. I'm kinda confused now is it expiring in a year or a month?

Thank you!

HI @simabitharGG3GR

Because your PC can't reach the required Autodesk site for license verification:

https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Inventor-is-showin...

https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/What-URLs-protocol...

@simabitharGG3GR Expand the other Revit license within that dialog.  It may show a different expiration date.

If the other Revit license match the expiration date of 2024, then like @mdavis22569 said, your machine cannot reach the Autodesk Entitlement servers.

To check which urls are not reachable on your machine, use the Autodesk Licensing Support Tool

  1. Download and Extract the zip file
  2. Within the AdskLicensingSupportToolUI folder, double-click AdskLicensingSupportToolUI.exe to launch the UI
  3. Within the application, navigate to Connections, click Check URLs
  4. Check the Required urls and make sure Accessible is True

NOTE: api.autodesk.com being set to False is okay as long as you're not doing any api requests for custom programs.
