Hi all,
I'm having trouble with my Revit 2021 deployment which I will be sending out through Microsoft Configuration Manager. I've created the deployment successfully however when I run it on test machines, it always brings up the dialog box where it's looking for PACR.msi in a different location for some reason. I can't figure out why. This will obviously disrupt the install when sending it out to users.
Has anybody experienced this or can suggest a way to fix it? I've attached a screenshot showing what happens.
Thanks in advance.

Hello@s.omar4KP5F
Thanks providing the screenshot. It seems something went wrong during the setup of your Autodesk deployment, make sure to re-create your deployment by following the steps outlined in our Best Practices for creating a deployment article.

Hi Natasha,
Thank you for the article link. I've followed all the best practices mentioned and have created the deployment twice, but it still does the same thing. It may be specific to Configuration Manager which is why I was hoping somebody might have come across a similar issue and could help.
Are there any other Revit versions installed on these test machines ?
regards
Markus
Can you check if the "Personal Accelerator for Revit" is already installed and the installed version. And what version do you try to install now with Revit 2021.

Hello @s.omar4KP5F,
Please let us know if you were able to resolve the deployment issues you were having.
If you have verified that the Autodesk deployment itself works, then it is not related to Autodesk products. If you continue to have issues regarding 3rd party products, please reach out to that 3rd party.

I found that I couldn't get the Online Deployment to work regardless of numerous tries. In the end I reverted back to the traditional method of creating a deployment using the 6 download files here:
And that has worked successfully.
