Revit 2019 Not Installing

Hi guys,

I'm trying to install Revit 2019 on my computer and keep getting the attached error messages. Has anyone had this happen before?

Try disable the Antivirus and Firewall for a start then try again...if that doesn't work contact your network administrator

I think the best way to install Autodesk software is using direct link to download the files (SFX) then install.

 

go to below link to find the 3 direct links to download 3 parts of revit then double click the first part and Revit will install.

most of installation problems don't occur with this method.

Ideally you shouldn't download from those Trial Links considering the fact that Revit 2019 is already on Autodesk Virtual Agent … those links may be outdated and/or not the final release and/or bugged/not maintained

 

The ideal way to download Autodesk Software is either the Account Manager or from https://ava.autodesk.com/ 

 

It is still recommended to switch off both Antivirus and Firewall till installation is complete

If that doesn't resolve the issue create a new account with full admin rights and install using that new account.

 

Also you spent time blurring out your name in the image (folder path) but you left your assigned serial # visible to everyone.   I will have the moderator remove your image to protect your sensitive info.

this is what was wrong. I did the steps in the link you posted and it worked! Thank you for your help and if you can please get a moderator to remove my screenshot, that would be great.
