The Revit 2015 Trial closes immediately and refuses to run the application.
We have tried a complete uninstall and clean install, as described in the troubleshooting.

Hello. This could be a few things. It is a KERNELBASE error, which is usually something out of sync on the Operating system.
Uninstall the NET and Microsoft entries and then try to reinstall. This may help. If not, update the graphics card drivers and check the Windows Event log to see if there is an additional log in there pointing to something specific.
