Resetting password in the app does not work

When you go to reset your password in the app and the thing that checks to see if you're a human pops up is not working. I did managed to get my password figured out (didn't reset it and didn't try it via a web browser) but the recaptcha thing is broken, none of the visual tests let move move anything and nothing plays for the audio tests.

the desktop application of autocad LT. It seems to be a bug with it. I did get my password changed

DesktopAPP is separate program from anything "autocad" related: is that what you are talking about?
AutoCADLT is not the place to change passwords.

Either way, glad you got it sorted.

All I know is I had to sign in to be able to use AutoCad LT, clicked forgot my password and the things to tell if you're a bot or not were broken
