I recently tried to subscribed to the software but accidentally selected the wrong institution from the auto pull-down menu under "Educational institution" during the software registration process.
Could you please assist me by resetting the selection? Or wait it for 14 days timeout to clear the request?
I would like to correct it to the appropriate institution.
