Renewal of autocad education license

I Renew my 2022 education license but when I try to install autocad 2022 it saying my serial number invalid.

why is this ?

Most, if not all, single-user student licenses are now Sign In to activate. Just download & install the eligible product from the education page https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview

I am the admin of the schools and I installed the autocad on around 40 laptops with the license for 2022 so im wondering what I will have to do ?

You will need to reach out to EDU Support then to ask about your group licensing scheme.
