recurring problem- inventor cannot access license

One month ago i instaled  inventor 2021 student version . I used sometimes and the other day when i going to use it again dropped this error message.

I tried to fix it but i couldn´t. So i desintalled the whole programm including deleting all registers and autodesk archives. and i had some troubles but finally could intalled it the programm and it worked. i used it some days again last week but today. The same problem. the same error. And need this to work for the university. is this normal?. Have any solution?
