Recap Photo not launching

I installed Recap Pro 2023 version today. It's an educational license. Recap pro launches fine and works however can't sign in using autodesk ID . Also Recap Photo doesn't launches at all.

Maybe make sure the Anti-Virus / Firewall are off / right click on the Recap Icon and say Run as Admin ..

@mdavis22569  Tried it all nothing new. Recap launches fine but not able to sign in using autodesk id and recap photo won't launch at all.

I use other softwares too like Fusion 360, Netfabb premium, etc which all work fine.
